It means you've only defined 1 CPUVP (in NUMCPUVPS) yet you're trying to
affinity 4 (in AFF_NPROCS). You must have NUMCPUVPS >= AFF_NPROCS. Also,
many machines identify the first processor (AFF_SPROC) as 0, not 1.
