Seems fair enough; ENTER isn't a keyword (that I recall), and certainly is not a key name. You should try using the keyword RETURN instead. It has worked very nicely for my clients in the past. Your nearest approach would be to modify termcap to indicate that the up arrow key returns the code emitted by back-tab.
