Well, you are always welcome to visit the Kansas City Informix Users Group, again, even if you suggested the president of the KCIUG Steering Committee looks like: http://officeimages.microsoft.com/i/0000/MB/PE017/PE01712_.gif However, it sounds like you are trying to visit cities you did not visit last year, am I right? When the KCIUG has all day sessions, we get visitors from as far as Arkansas, Omaha, and sometimes even the St Louis area. Maybe what we (and LUG's like ours) can do is help in areas where there is a strong Informix customer presence but not a strong user group. For example, if you were to go to Bentonville, Arkansas, where I know there has been talk of starting a LUG, perhaps a couple folks from the KCIUG could come down to help offer encouragement. Would something like this even be helpful? Also, I apologize profusely for posting on topic. I will try to make my next post a chauvinistic piece of flame bait or a lengthy quote followed by "Have you tried UPDATE STATISTICS?" to restore balance.
