AFAIK, you can't recompile all your 4GL's, because there isn't a 64-bit port
of I4GL yet. This means you will have to use TCP connectivity between 4GL
and the server, and I visited a HP site that had huge problems with the
speed of disconnecting a session.
In the normal course of events, this isn't a problem, but at the particular
site they had used lots of building blocks (like a short 4GL program that
displayed a value on screen in a massive loop) and the 3-second disconnect
on every iteration of the loop caused much anguish.
(As an aside, dbaccess does not seem to suffer from this hangup, so I
replaced the 4GL program with a dbaccess script, et voila...!)
