'For Information'
-----------------
The Informix support just called me back.
To execute such a procedure, an UNDOCUMENTED flag has to be passed with
the URL:
MIqry2pass=on
It tells to the engine to execute the procedure in 2 passes, but I don't
explain why the single fact to do an insert into a table goes into
self-altering the
table.
So, the code to execute properly the damn thing should be
<?MIVAR NAME=MIqry2pass>on<?/MIVAR>
<?MISQL sql="execute procedure test();">
<?/MISQL>
I don't explain either why this flag is not in The F...... Manual.
I only hope that we won't find any more bad surprises with this product
!!
