Or using serial col in temp table
Hi,
Forgot one small thing. If the table is fragmented then rowids won't work.
So we need to make sure that the temp dbspace is not fragmented. If so then
create a temp table with a serial key & the select stmt should be,
select * , 0 from source_table into temp_table ;
