Rename ckunk
I have a instance that dbspace rootdbs is association a chunk name rootdbs_dat.000 but I whant to change to rootdbs.000 how I do this? Thanks Wanderlei
Modify onconfig, rename chunk, make an external restore with rename using
ontape ?
Should work.

First - it is always a good idea to mention version and platform when
asking a question so the answer can be appropriate. Without that
information, I can only tell you what you would do with one of the
currently supported versions:
1. Archive the server.
2. Shutdown the server.
3. Perform a redirected restore (see the Backup and Restore Guide manual
for details) to move the root chunk (to rename the first root chunk you
must leave the original path in the ONCONFIG file during the restore, the
restore will update the ONCONFIG file for you after it completes).
ontape -r -rename -p /original/path -o <orig offset> -n /new/path -o <new
offset>
