ODBC 3.80?

I am developing a VB6 app accessing an Informix database, and have run into an apparent bug in the v3.30 ODBC driver. The bug is documented in the TechInfo Center database as defect #117497, which indicates the bug as fixed in the v3.80 ODBC driver. Has anyone seen this version? The latest Client SDK for Windows available on IntraWare contains v3.31. Thanks for any insight!
