CPUVPs and Affinity

Hi! I've been reading the threads on the ratio of CPUVPs to physical CPUs. I have a new server with three CPUs. I'd like to start off with two CPUVPs and use affinity to bind them to the 2nd and 3rd CPU. Over time, I'd like to try increasing the number of CPUVPs and examine the performance impact. Will I be able to affinitize (if there's such a word) the additional CPUVPs to the same two CPUs above? I want to test the theory that having more CPUVPs means having greater timeslices in the UNIX queue which may lead to greater CPU utilization and better performance. I'd also like to keep the CPUVPs running only on the these two CPUs, thereby leaving the first CPU for UNIX processing.
