all of the GUI-Components (as IECC, SQL-Editor,...) work on Windows 9x. ISA (Version 1.1 and higher) works only on NT but can be accessed by any WebBrowser running on 9x.

Thanks for the reply. Just wondering, would the service packs fix that though ?.
