An "IBM My Notifications" email was in my inbox this morning: it looks like 12.10.xC12 has popped up on Passport Advantage in the last few days. It's not on Fix Central yet. Fix information: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=ibm10717445 What's new: http://informix.hcldoc.com/help/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.po.doc%2Fnew_features _ce.htm&anchor=newxc12_toc It seems to come with a new sub-capacity licensing option based on CPU VPs. Ben.

Ben: That CPU VP license metric is currently ONLY available from HCL on a subscription basis (so pay monthly or annually but don't actually own the software), not from IBM.
