php-error: to many open links

hi all, i`m using php4 apache 1.3.9 and ids 7.30uc7 with my redhat linux, but when connecting to the ids i get the error: Informix: to many open links(0) does anybody know how to solve this problem, perhaps there`s something to configure before building php.. ¿ thx in advance majo -- "LINUX, because rebooting is for adding new hardware ..."
