oninit -iy fails

This is IDS 9.40.TC2 on Windows XP64 installed on an AMD643000+ . Could it be that TC2 will not run on this OS ? Could be...have you tried IDS 10? Checking the Platform Availability Spreadsheet at http://www-306.ibm.com/software/data/informix/pubs/roadmaps.html I cannot see 64bit Windows support. How long has XP 64bit been out?
