Onbar and Tivoli

Has anybody used onbar and the Tivoli API to take backups? I am moving to Informix 7.31 FC4 on an HPUX 11.0 server and I am getting an open error when trying to access the API. This is in 64 bit mode. The BAR_BSALIB_PATH is pointed to the correct library and the Tivoli is 64 bit and the authorizations are correct. Keith A.
