Down Chunk/Warm Restore

I have a chunk that is down but the dbspace isn’t. It was, but I warm restored it, although the chunk is still down. I’d like to “force” a warm restore of this dbspace since the system catalogs are corrupt as well. It’s a small database so I can reload the whole thing, but trying to avoid that if possible. Thanks!
