Has anyone configured IDS SDS > servers using AIX and raw disk space? Unfortunately I tried this on Linux only;-) But I think if your SAN provides the same disk to both machines you should see that disk device with same path name on both machines. For an IDS raw device you could use the plain path name of the character device, e.g.: /dev/rdevname (/dev/devname would be the equivalent block device) Andreas > > Tom > _______________________________________________ > Informix-list mailing list > Informix-list@iiug.org > http://www.iiug.org/mailman/listinfo/informix-list -- Andreas Breitfeld; Informix Development Munich IBM Deutschland Research & Development GmbH; Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats: Martin Jetter; Geschaeftsfuehrung: Erich Baier; Sitz der Gesellschaft: Boeblingen; Registergericht: Amtsgericht Stuttgart, HRB 243294
