LOAD LOB data from an ORACLE DB

Dear all, I need to migrate 2 tables from an Oracle DB and both of them contains CLOBs. Apart from loading each files into a record, I have about 400 rows of data, are there anyway I can load the data in. Will the LOAD command support this type of operation? Or can I use the DBimport/ DBexport? Can anyone help ?? Michael
