Problems with Informix C-ISAM

I Developed an application using the Informix C-ISAM 5.02, under SCO Open Desktop 3.2. Now my customer have changed the hardware and updated the OS to the new SCO Open Server 5. My application, compiled under ODT 3.2, still work well. But if I compila again with the new development system the application have problems managing ISAM files. Are there incompatibilities between Informix C-ISAM 5.02 and the SCO Openserver 5 dev. system ? Do I have to use a new version of the C-ISAM library ? Which one ? Are there some special setting for the compiler that could solve my problem ?
As far as I know, CISAM does not support 64 bits and Informix says there will be no future version supporting 64 bits. So, if your HW and OS and compiler changed to 64 bits, it will not work with CISAM. Perhaps it is the reason. I hope this helps.
