Informix 4gl on NT

The features of Livewire are great news for our company. We have a product called ON. Our clients access the database through web browsers and also through telnet. All our code is written in Informix 4gl and is currently being written so a browser can also access the database. Thus giving us intranet features. Many of our clients have dumb terminals and therefore cannot use a browser or NewEra. I have two questions: 1) Can our Informix 4gl code run on the NT machine? Thereby allowing our clients to telnet in and use the product. 2) Is there a product that will copy our 4gl code into usable Java or JavaScript? These are important questions to us as we don't want to be locked into one means of access to the database. There needs to be the ability to access the database by many different means. Using a web browser is one means of access. Telenet from a dumb terminal is another means. A handheld device may be another means. From my experience I've seen this can be done with a UNIX box but Microsoft is killing this functionality. Therefore I would like to know if anyone has a solution to this on a NT machine. Also is anyone in the process of making a package to convert 4gl programs into Web intranet applications. TIA Brent Groom
