Title: Programmer IV-I Company: USAA Location: San Antonio, Texas Educational Requirements: BS CS or CIS Experience: 1-5 years Systems Development in Unix environments. Salary: Depends on experience. We are looking for someone who is very capable supporting small platforms (PC's, RS6000) and is adept at SQL (Informix 4gl preferred, though Oracle or Sybase experience is similiar enough), Unix shell scripts (korne shell), and TCP/IP. We ocassionally do some "C" coding. Also, some Visual Basic, MS Access, and/or Crystal Reports experience could come in handy. W The position is in USAA's "Portfolio Management Systems" group. This group is responsible for providing Information Technology solutions to portfolio managers, securities analysts, and traders who manage USAA's 26 mutual funds.
