Locks don't take up that much space in SHM. Hundreds of thousands are
the norm.
You can check the ovlocks field in the output of onstat -p for every
lock attempt that failed, but that doesn't tell you how many they
requested, only how many you were short. If you zero (onstat -z) the
profile counts and run a single application, you could check the lockreq
field in the output of onstat -p.
