Job:Informix Palo Alto SysAdm/DBA Sun/Macs

We are a consortium of sixteen university Alumni Associations located in Palo Alto, CA., in need of a SysAdmin/DBA. Responsibilities will include the administration of a Sparc10 accessed by Power Macs using an X-Window interface. Backups, end-user help, and maintenance of hardware and software are part of the job. Helping us redefine our proprietary system AND getting us on the internet will be the most interesting part of the job. Required skills: UNIX - some flavor, command line and Bourne shell SQL - Informix experience a + A sense of humor and common sense.
