connect to database error
I work to oninit database and onstat then I work dbaccess to connect
database but it send error message:
25588 The appl process cannot to connect Dynamic Server demo_on .
invalid argument
I can do what ? thanks

What is DBSERVERNAME and DBSERVERALIASES set to in the onconfig file
for the instance you are trying to communicate with?

Is your serever really called demo_on? thats the name of the example
entry in the sqlhosts file.
what does the line corresponding to demo_on say in your sqlhosts file?
demo_on onipcshm on_hostname on_servername
my sqlhosts set :
