From www.informix.com I have the information, that IDS runs with
Kernel 2.2.5 + glibc2.1.1 or Kernel 2.0.36 with glibc2.0.7,
but my network-problem still remains.

No cos I can create files larger than 2Gb with mkfile, for example. It's just
