I am configuring Informix Enterprise Gateway Manager. I am on a AIX 5.3 using EGM 7.31 UD2 trying to connect on oracle 10g in a Windows. The Gateway is working well, I am able to connect to others databases, but that oracle.. I am having problem in Oracle Wire Protocol configuration. If I use de demoodbc program I have the message: [ODBC 20101 driver]1269 Looks like I am not able to configure ODBC from AIX to oracle on Windows properly. Anyone can help me? Hi, As per my understanding, the Oracle wire protocol, DB2 Wire protocol etc are defaults in odbc.ini and we configure other DSNs like ora10, ora11, db2 etc..based on these wire protocols. I am not sure how you are configuring Oracle wire protocol. Can I have a look at your odbc.ini file?
