Hello !
I need some information how to define NETTYPE values in onconfig, when i
need 3000 onsoctcp connections ( onstat -g ses). Which one is correct:
soctcp,1,3000,NET
soctcp,6,300,NET
Also sqlmux is defined. What would you recommend ?.
Application is baan (client/server, 3-tier). K570-6 as db server.
We get error 25580 once a week !.

better:
soctcp,1,3100,NET
either this or

better:
soctcp,6,520,NET
Total connections is listeners time connections per listener. Also I
would recommend a few extra connections thus 3100 or 520*6 rather than
3000 or 500*6. In this way a user is less likely to be stuck with the
last slot on some busy listener and more likely to be picked up by a less
busy one.
