Disaster! Infornix Account lost on NT
Hi,
we have big problem with IDS 7.30.TC5 on Windows NTSP3.
After problem with Domain Controller synchronisation we don't have
Informix account more. All dbspaces are OK, all configuration files are
OK, only Informix account is lost.
After creating Informix account (and Informix-Admin Group) I did test to
start Informix (as new created Informix user) but after oninit statement
I
got error message "Must be DBSA to run this program".
Please, can you help me?

P.S. I did test copy IFMXDATA\\* and configuration files to other DB
server, but I got message "Cannot Initialize Security Subsystem".

Since each account on NT has an accountID, deleteing and recreating account
under the same name
is not the same user for NT. Therefore zou should do the following:
You should creater new Informix account on PDC and go over the groups where old
Informix account was
member of and replace it (at least Informix-Admin).
You should change the account under which Informix servces are run (Control
Panel/Services),
and set new informix account there.
