Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.
Hi,
I am getting "131, ISAM error: no free disk space" very often. Sometime back I
have rectified it by increasing ROOTSIZE for rootdbs. But it has come back
again after few backup and restores using OnBar.
I have tried adding temp space using:
chown informix:informix /tmp/tmpSpaceN1
chmod 660 /tmp/tmpSpaceN1
onspaces -c -t -d tempdbspace1 -p /tmp/tmpSpaceN1 -o 5000 -s 300000
Onstat -d command displays the temp space added with flag T.
Still I get the error 131.
Any solution?
Resolved.
Issue was ltapedev var in the onconfif file was reset to /dev/null. Do not
know how it happened. Some variables in the onconfig file automatically resets
after the DB restarts.
Now after setting it back to the correct value, onbar backup works fine.
