It depends on the speed of your disks and where you store the data ( filesystem/tape/named pipe ). If it's possible to read 1MB per second and if it's possible to write 1MB per second it will take approx. 2600seconds = 43min 33 sec. That's the time for the unload. Unfortunately it takes a lot of time to create the sql-script if you have a lot of tables. :-)))) Bye Stefan
