Informix ODBC vs Intersolv ODBC

Hi all, Have any body face this problems. I use ODBC come with Informix version 3.31 32bit, I am able to do a test connection works fine. But from Microsoft Excel, I selected "get external data" and it connected to the DB after for long mins (2mins) I got the message "Out of memory". I checked my NT workstation had a lots of memory available. I think because of the database I tried to connected was "BaaN" database and it have hundred thousand tables that may caused out of memory. However, I used Intersolv ODBC version 3.01 and it works fine with the same set up. If you have any ideas why Informix ODBC driver doesn't work with BaaN database? I would like to hear any comments.
