number of users

We are running Informix, RSAM Version 4.10.UE3 (this is from tbstat -d), on an RS6000 running AIX 3.2.4. This is what we are getting in a log file: User Name: Error Code: ERR_CODE Agency: Process id: 32466 Collection: Job no: -1 Node Name: rs6000 Tty Name: Date & Time: 09/12/94 14:25:41 Stack List: me_init_dbms me_initializ LIBS_100Plus_main General Message: Error no 59: Stripped-down error log mode Specific Message: Could not connect to database cl_default RDBMS Message: --- db_connect --- sqlcode[ -1 ] : Not owner ISAM [ -129 ] : ISAM error: too many users We seem to be running out of "users" in informix. How can I tell how many users Informix thinks it is licensed for? We are supposed to be licensed for 80 users. We get this error with about 8 users on the system.
