I'm losing my mind... I have the answer -- I selected the next tabid from sysables and tabname was blank! How in the world does on create a blank table name?!! When I deleted this, both DBEXPORT and DBSCHEMA work ok.. Now let me tell you about the bug in DBIMPORT in the 5.02 OnLine! It ABENDs with a message, 'value of DECIMAL or Money exceeds maximum precision' -- There's only one decimal column in the table and all data is fine (hell, I just exported it from a 5.01 OnLine database on another system!). If I load the file in ISQL it works fine... Clay " helluva week " Irving -- Clay Irving clay@panix.com
