Ease off on the coffee Paolo. You guys have the best support staff I have run across in my 11 years playing the IT game. Usually you are on the phone with a *real* person in under a minute and the solution is soon at hand. This certainly beats the "a support engineer will be in contact with you within 24 hours" support model or the "please insert your credit card into the CD slot" model. The key to good customer service is being a good customer. Sometimes that is lost in the translation.
