After 6 months evaluation time we choose PLATINUM's DBVIsion for INFORMIX to monitor (only) some of the bigger sites (matter of $$$) Our results are very good. But we still had to invest into education & training to be able to tune according to the monitor's output ... I definitely want you to know, that I am working for an independent integrator and still prefer PLATINUM over other ways of monitoring. It uses less resources to gain better results - thats all.
