ER sync bottleneck ?

Hi , 11.50 FC7W1GE Somebody have any tip, about how improve the speed or identify some bottleneck in synchronization of replicates? I'm testing the synchronization where the destination table is empty. The source have 260mi records. (30 bytes rowsize) Monitoring the synchronization I don't see big use of CPU, network and disks I/O in both machines. Is a very simple replicate P/R I already get better performance growing the queue memory, but I still to see low use of the resources. For example, use no more of 2 MB/s of the network during the transfer of data. I want to avoid export/import the tables (HPL/external/load/unload) ....
