java stored procedures

I have heard that informix supports java stored procedures, but as usual can not find any useful info re: technical features/capabilities on their web site. Can anyone enlighten me as to the extent of informix's java integration, support of java stored procedures, which engine versions support what, and with which jdbc drivers have you had success. Along the same lines...just pointing me to some good reference material on the subject would be wonderful.
