Hello.
Has anyone any ideas on how to retrospectively see what percentage of
transactions ( i.e.selects, updates and deletes ) have occurred on a
database server for a given period?
I initially turned to using "onlog" but that does not give you "select"
activity.
Any ideas?

Refer to the Zero Impact Sql Monitor and Zero Impact Service Level Monitor
products at www.sqlpower.com.
Zero Impact Service Level Monitor will calculate the end-user service levels
(end-user response time and database server response time) by select,
insert, update, delete, stored procedure, table or column access and more.
Captures all SQL with its performance. Scales to thousands of users and
1000+ transactions/sec with no impact upon the database server.
The product line non-intrusively analyzes the SQL network packet flow to the
database server for end-user SQL and service level performance monitoring.
The product does NOT have to run on the database server, NOR on client
workstations connected to the server.
The products require NO intrusive database server monitors, agents, probes,
audits, middleware or proxy servers. NO agents are installed on end user
workstations.
The products require NO impact upon the database servers, network or
end-users. The products require no connections to the database server and
end-users connect directly to the database server (not the monitor). Product
installation is a three step process that can be completed in a few minutes.
