A user found that ISA 1.7, included in the IDS 11 beta, was missing from the production server bundle downloaded from Passport Advantage, and asked where to get it. Art Kagel explained ISA was dropped and replaced in IDS 11.10 by the OpenAdmin Tool (OAT). Erika Von Bargen of IBM said OAT is downloadable from the IBM Informix download site (tool only) or from the IIUG members' area, where it is bundled with its prerequisites (XAMPP/Apache+PHP and I-Connect); she gave the navigation path (Member Area > Software Downloads > OAT), and the poster confirmed he found it.

OpenAdmin Tool for IDS is the new web adminstration tool for IDS 11.10. It is available for download in two locations: on the IBM Informix download site and in IIUG's member downloads area. IBM Informix download site: https://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/iwm/web/preLogin.do?lang=en_US&source=swg- informixfpd The download on this site is just the OpenAdmin Tool itself. The IIUG download provides OpenAdmin and its prerequisites. Since OpenAdmin requires a web server, PHP, and IBM Informix CSDK or I-Connect to run, the download on the IIUG website provides a bundled tar or zip file that includes OpenAdmin Tool plus XAMPP (Apache + PHP) and I-Connect. -------------------------------------------- Erika Von Bargen Software Engineer IBM Information Management "Peter_Logan@spartanstores.com" <Peter_Logan@spartanstores.com> Sent by: ids-bounces@iiug.org 10/18/2007 02:23 PM Please respond to ids@iiug.org To ids@iiug.org cc Subject Re: windows-1252?Q52=65=3A=20=77=69=6E=64=6F=7.... It is in the Members area of IIUG. You have to login (or register if you are not a member yet), then click on "Member Area". In the Members window, got to "Software Downloads", then "OAT". At the bottom of the OpenAdmin Tool (OAT) page, there will be links to downloads for Windows and for Linux. -------------------------------------------- Erika Von Bargen Software Engineer IBM Information Management "Peter_Logan@spartanstores.com" <Peter_Logan@spartanstores.com> Sent by: ids-bounces@iiug.org 10/18/2007 04:11 PM Please respond to ids@iiug.org To ids@iiug.org cc Subject Re: windows-1252?Q52=65=3A=20=77=69=6E=64=6F=7....
