Daniel, SAP runs fine on both DB2 and on Informix. Peoplesoft does too for that matter. If you wanted to keep Lawson, you could move to DB2 without too much "pain" however, its now a new RDBMS. So you have to ask which is more important. Being an IBM IDS shop. (I almost said Informix ;-) or a LAWSON shop. You can look at both, but I'd talk with your sales rep and do a comparison on both Peoplesoft or SAP. IBM has strong partnerships with both. ;-) But hey, what do I know? ;-) Later.
