Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Hi !
I'm trying Informix 7.30 ( Linux ) as a persistent store of Entity beans
with
Inprise Aplication Server ( 4.0 ). As per the EJB specification,
the EJB container must disable the auto-commit capability of the JDBC
driver.
Using transactions (and hence disabling auto-commit) is an important
part of the EJB runtime model.
I wonder if for this JDBC driver ( ver 2.1 ) auto-commit can be disabled
?
If not, I cannot use this JDBC driver with EJB. Are there any others
jdbc drivers with such capability ?
Where can I find them ?
