Problem creating table (WNT, Online 7.22)

On Window NT 4.0 (workstation) running Informix Online Workstation 7.22, I've granted a user "resource" permission but when I try to create a table with this username I get SQL Error (-388) : No resource permission. Same happens if I grant that user "dba". Any ideas?
