Get my ul.ec program from the IIUG Software Repository in the file
utils2_ak. It unloads a table in binary format and can reload the file as
well. It was written for IDS 7.xx including BLOBS but you could easily
extent it to handle SBLOBS and improve error recovery to do something
intelligent and useful about the corrupted records.
