Within the SYSMASTER database is a table named sysdbslocale. This table lists the locale of each database that OnLine manages. I believe you can also look in the SYSTABLES table within the database to which you are attached. Look for tabname = GL_COLLATE or GL_CTYPE and the site column has the database locale information. At least it does in OnLine 7.23 running under AIX 4.1.4. Good luck.
