Segment locked!

Hi everybody, I've a trouble with my Informix instance. When I shutdown db it directs me to look into log file and these are log file contents - mt_shm_remove:WARNING may not have removed all/correct segments. when I run onmonitor --> startup it doesn't goto online mode. The online log is segment locked addr=0xa000000, size=100663296 mt_sum_init cann't create resident segment PLEASE HELP, TIA. (The onconfig contained SHMBASE address as above when the problem occurred but documentation says it should be 0x0A000000L I changed it in onconfig to correct SHMBASE address but still problem persists) Mukund

Hi, As super user, do 'ipcs -m'. Does any shared memory segment of informix group? If so, is there still dbaccess or onstat running? Kill dbaccess, onstat process and ipcrm. And oninit ...
