Installing web datablade in 12.10

Hello, We have just migrated from 11.50UC9 to 12.10FC2 on a Sparc Solaris machine. I am trying to install web datablade in a database. Registration goes fine and when I ask blademgr to list installed datablades it says DataBlade modules registered in database utvdb1: web.4.13.FC4 The I run the websetup utility. After completing the dialogue I get the message ...Checking Web Datablade module registration (may take a moment)... blademgr: ANSI databases are not supported. blademgr: ERROR: Could not get information from database utvdb1. ******************************************************************************** This web datablade module is not registered in the database: web.4.13.FC4. ******************************************************************************** The database is buffered logged. Is this familiar to anyone?
