Ontape Problem -- help!

I am getting the following error message in the "online.log" ever since we rebooted our server. The corruption mentioned in the text does not happen with every ontape backup. It only happens once per day (we run it twice while we are doing testing) and the other backup runs fine. Does this corruption point to a faulty disk or memory? The ontape appears to finish correctly afterwards. Any help would be massively appreciated. Let me know if you need more info.
