If you mean you wish to create a file containing the schema of an existing
database on a SE then you can
use, dbschema.
On the other hand if you wish to create a schema file to create a database
for you this is a different matter all together, for this there are a number
of choices.
1) Use dbaccess to create your database and all the tables etc. ...
2) manually write an sql file which you can then use to create your database
3) use a language such as 4gl to create your database
4) use a CASE tool to create your database (some are very good and can help
you reduce the number
of required fields or tables and have graphical interfaces (are also
expensive).
So make your choice, best of luck.
