Re: WEB tools and Informix

We are using Cold Fusion (from Allaire). It is an outstanding product the provides extensive SQL and control structures to HTML. It is also extensible by way of a published API. Cold Fusion runs under NT 4.0 or Solaris. Check out their web site (www.allaire.com) for an eval copy for NT. This product is quite simply, the easiest, most robust product of any type that I have ever installed on any operating system. It connects to the DB by way of ODBC. So, if you are running on Solaris, contact Informix for the ODBC drivers. -d At 11:46 PM 12/8/97 +0000, Chris Trown wrote: } } } Hello all. } } I have been investigating the possibility of publishing some information }we have on an Informix server on the web. } } "$INFORMIXDIR/lib/sqlexec -V" returned version 5.02.UC3.
