Check up your environment variables.
We get this message whenever TBCONFIG or DBPATH (one OR the other) are
not set.
I would hazard that the variable in question is TBCONFIG or DBPATH. If you
use TBCONFIG you should specify whatever the file name is. If you use
DBPATH then add //server_name to it.
e.g.:
TBCONFIG=tbconfig.std
DBPATH=$DBPATH://my_server (whatever you set it up as in shared memory init).
