[S]: Informix 4Gl compiling error

Dear All, Thanks to the following people for their responses :- Dorsey Drane <drane@sequent.com> David Williams <djw@smooth1.demon.co.uk> Rahim Azizarab <rahim@megsinet.net> The problem has been solved. It was caused by the user having 2 informix environments that was Informix Online 7.11.UC5 & i4gl 6.00.UE1 and Informix Online 7.24.UC1 & i4gl 6.05.UD1. but unfortunately the PATH of the i4gl for latter environment was pointing to the former i4gl version. The user also tried using ELF and also COFF object form during compilation. The right object format is the ELF because Informix Online 7.24 is an ELF version so is Dynix/ptx 4.2.1 Thanks once again, Jude T.
